I regret not looking into the account security more before using it. It just doesn’t feel safe enough, and that makes me uneasy about keeping my information there.

I’ve been using Gala for a bit now, and the main thing I appreciate is that they usually tell people when something changes or gets pushed back. It’s not flawless, but I’d rather get an update than sit there wondering what’s going on. Weirdly, I remember checking one delay notice while eating cereal out of a mug because all my bowls were in the dishwasher.
Support could definitely be quicker sometimes, and a few of the updates are worded in a way that takes a second to understand. Still, compared to a lot of other sites, the communication feels more open and less like you’re being ignored. I’d give it 4 stars.

I used to see a lot more activity around the ecosystem, but lately it feels empty . People barely seem to talk anymore, and it just doesn’t have that active community vibe it used to have .

I got into Gala mostly for the token and a few NFTs. The value definitely goes up and down a lot, so it’s not perfect, but I just feel like it still has some solid potential. The site has worked fine for me so far

I had a problem with my account and sent a ticket to gala.com support. Got the usual auto-reply, and then these geniuses just went completely silent. I waited days, tried following up, and still couldn’t get an actual answer from a real person. It feels like nobody over there is even reading the messages. Super frustrating when all you need is a simple update.

I used gala.com and it was easy, really easy, to get around. The pages loaded fine, the layout was simple, and I didn’t feel lost while clicking through. The menus were clear enough, and there wasn’t a bunch of annoying stuff popping up or getting in the way.

Unless you’re already spending a lot or have a ton of time to grind, the earning potential just isn’t that great.
